Classic Gun Oil Now Available by Gallon or Old-School Glass Bottle – Personal Defense World

Hoppe’s No. 9 just announced pair of really cool ways to get a necessity. The most classic of gun oils now comes in two very different packages. For high-volume shooing, buy it buy the gallon. Or if you’re more attracted to all things historical, Hoppe’s also brought back the timeless glass bottle.

Hoppe’s No. 9 Offerings

Hoppe’s No. 9 Bore Cleaner and Gun Lubricating Oil remain a must-have on every shooter’s bench. The Gun Bore Cleaner removes powder, lead, metal fouling, and rust. Meanwhile, the Gun Lubricating Oil provides needed protection.

The one-gallon jug comes with built-in handles and a wide mouth twist-off cap for a manageable pour. Most folks will likely use the gallon offering to fill a smaller day-use bottle. For some, the old school glass bottle becomes a perfect match, as Hoppe’s answered a “go back to glass” campaign on social media.

“Too bad you still don’t use glass battles,” wrote one fan, “I refill mine and use it over and over. just seems like the right thing to do.”

Well, Hoppe’s agrees. Now the gun oil ubiquitous with hunting camps and ranges everywhere returns to the shelf. And like always, it will do any job you need to keep your guns running.

The nostalgic bottle comes complete with throwback artwork and label. It comes in a pint size, able to handle multiple days and jobs. Matched with the gallon container of Hoppe’s No. 9, you can fill it again and again.

The one-gallon of No. 9 Bore Cleaner costs $129.95, while the Gun Lubricating Oil retails for $163.95. For even more info, please visit hoppes.com.
